Recognising the Future of Leadership

This award is open to BPW Members and general public celebrates the energy, creativity, and transformative vision of emerging female leaders. It honours dynamic young professional women under 34 years who exhibit exceptional potential, inspiring drive, and remarkable achievements in their field. Nominees should demonstrate a passion for leadership, forward-thinking ideas, and a commitment to innovation and positive change. Their accomplishments serve as a beacon for future generations, encouraging growth and resilience. The winner of this award will go on to represent Western Australia at the National Young BPW Australia Award.

****Nominees must be aged 34 or less on 30 June 2025****

Award Criteria

Please provide a submission between 200 and 500 words per response:

Leadership & Innovation

How has the nominee demonstrated exceptional leadership and forward-thinking ideas in their field? Provide examples of innovative projects, initiatives, or contributions they have led or influenced.

Achievements & Impact

Outline key accomplishments that showcase their success and innovation. How have their achievements positively impacted their industry, community,or peers?

Commitment to Growth & Development

How does the nominee invest in their own professional and personal growth?What steps have they taken to mentor, support, or uplift others?

Future Vision & Influence

How does the nominee inspire and encourage future generations of women? What is their vision for the future, and how do they plan to continue driving positive change?

The nomination should have 5 documents attached:

✅ Completed Nomination Form.

✅ A current CV or LinkedIn profile of the nominee.

✅ 2 x letters of recommendation (one from a professional reference, one from a peer or community leader).

✅ Document addressing the award criteria and supporting evidence (e.g., awards, media coverage, testimonials, project summaries).

PANEL INTERVIEW & SPEECH:

After the nomination is accepted, nominees will also be required to complete a panel interview and will be provided an essay topic to be delivered by a speech at the Division Conference.

The final overall winner will be determined by the panel after all elements have been completed, and presented at the BPW Western Australia Division Conference, to be held in Perth, 16 August 2025.
