Founded in 1946, BPW Brisbane was the first club in Queensland, joining the Australian Federation of BPW in 1947. Brisbane was also the home of the first Australian woman chosen for BPW International President, Miss Patience Thoms.
Located in Queensland’s fast growing capital, BPW Brisbane is ideally situated to welcome new members who are interested in socialising, stimulating conversations and networking.
In March 2007, BPW Brisbane will launch their BPW Mentoring Program, continuing the BPW tradition of women supporting women.
Dinner meetings are held on the 3rd Tuesday of each month at the Queensland Irish Association (Irish Club), 171 Elizabeth Street, Brisbane.
