Goals for Young BPW:
My goals as National Young BPW Representative and Chair of the Young BPW Board include:
- To increase the visibility of the board and its programs within BPW and the wider community. I see this being achieved through strong alliances with women’s publications and media, and building the Young BPW online community.
- To support clubs to develop their Young BPW program. This will be achieved through involving Young BPW members in club activities and by the board offering support materials to clubs.
- To increase the offering of Young BPW events and activities in each state. I envision this including professional development, Young BPW meetings and conferences, community service projects and international involvement.
- Empower and support board members to take on projects.
