Personal Goals:
My personal goals include building my youth leadership development business – Alicia Curtis Leadership (www.aliciacurtis.com) which exists to help young people make a difference in the community that they live in.
I am also hoping to finish my Masters in Leadership and Management course at Curtin University of Technology this year.
Hopes for Young BPW:
I hope to develop a number of exciting events and programs to involve young women into BPW. These would include scholarships, training events and business support programs.
I look forward to seeing the number of young women increase in BPW and supporting other young women to their personal and professional potential.

Personal Goals:
My main personal goal is to support my young growing family in their school and after school activities. I have a very strong health and fitness lifestyle so this carries through to promoting health and fitness goals to my patients to encourage them to have a healthier lifestyle. I also wish to pursue my postgraduate Masters in Paediatrics degree and increase the ability of my fruit and vege garden to provide my family with all we need.
Hopes for Young BPW:
BPW has marvelous potential for all women and it would be great to see it better known. Young BPW has the dedicated young women with enthusiasm and spirit to see this happen. They are representative of young women today and I am excited to be a part of that.

That the group can be a progressive unit that strategically tackles the important issues of women today, pinpoints key objectives then actively pursues results in those areas.
